2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and placing an order on aureonglass.com, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

3. Products and Availability

3.1 All products displayed on aureonglass.com are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3.2 We make every effort to display product colours and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product.

3.3 In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will notify you by email and offer a full refund or an alternative product.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable VAT for EU customers.

4.2 We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4.3 We accept the following payment methods:

4.4 All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Aureonglass.com does not store any card details.

4.5 Your order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

5. Order Processing

5.1 Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

5.2 We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5.3 Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy to initiate a return.

8. EU Consumer Rights

8.1 If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable EU consumer protection law.

8.2 Right of Withdrawal: EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

8.3 Conformity of Goods: All products sold by Aureon Glass conform to their description and are fit for their intended purpose. In the event of a lack of conformity, EU consumers are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or contract termination in accordance with applicable EU law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on aureonglass.com, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics and product descriptions, is the property of GWSoluções or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GWSoluções shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.

10.2 Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1 These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 However, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Any dispute may be submitted to the courts of your country of residence.

12. Changes to Terms
