REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

1. Our Commitment

At Aureon on Glass, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

2. EU Right of Withdrawal — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear written statement to:

You may use the following model withdrawal statement:

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [product name], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [date]."

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that are damaged due to misuse, or returned without original packaging, may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For EU consumers exercising the right of withdrawal, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. This will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

For returns due to defective or incorrect items, Aureon Glass will cover all return shipping costs.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving notification of your withdrawal or receiving the returned item, whichever is later.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Standard shipping costs are included in the refund. Premium or express shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sac@aureonglass.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the damage

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or show signs of use
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Gift cards

8. Extended Return Policy

Beyond the EU 14-day right of withdrawal, Aureon Glass offers an extended 30-day return window for all customers, subject to the conditions outlined in Section 3.
