1. Overview

Aueron Glass ships to Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. All orders are fulfilled via our global supply partners and shipped directly to your door.

2. Free Shipping

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders to Scandinavia. No minimum order value required.

3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Timeframe

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website.

If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at sac@aureonglass.com.

6. Taxes and VAT

All prices displayed on aureonglass.com are inclusive of applicable VAT for EU customers. No additional taxes or customs duties will be charged at delivery for orders shipped within the Scandinavian countries listed above.

7. Customs and Import

Aueron Glass handles all customs documentation. You will not be required to pay any additional import fees upon delivery.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sac@aureonglass.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

9. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement immediately.
